THE FIRM S&A CHANGE was born in 1992 and during this time it became particularly entrenched in Emilia Romagna and Tuscany with their centres in Bologna and Florence. In this consulting firm professionals with more then 15 years of experience in the Human Resources area operate. Through the firm’s services, they offer consultancy in very specific areas. The consulting firm’s driving force is our strong specialization and competence in Outplacement, Coaching and Management Development activities. We are one of the first consulting firms in Italy allowed by the Employment Minister to support companies in external professional outplacement of the redundancy staff (D.Lgs. 276/2003, prot. N. 646 of the 8/01/2007). In this field we have successfully assisted more than 1.000 Managers (Company directors and Executives) through personalized Individual Outplacement plans. We also have supported some important companies in this region in the reorganization process, fostering the outplacement of workers and employees through Collective Outplacement plans. Our society is a member of the AISO (Italian Outplacement Association). Our consultants who operate as Coaches and Trainers belong to associations such as FIC (Italian Coach Federation) and AIF (Italian Trainer Association). Our willingness to work with people has led us to develop other services through the years (Coaching, Testing, Talent Retention, Training for Leadership Development). They functionally complete our offer of services in support of firms, always maintaining the final aim of emphasizing their most important resources: PEOPLE.

Our firm is included amongst the enterprises framed in the Assindustria’s “Hi-tech” sector. It also operates in agreement with the universities of Bologna, Florence and Pisa, in order to give continuity to the formative and professional career of their students (Faculty of Psychology, Educational Sciences and Political Sciences) by hosting formative internships in our centres. We carry out plans and interventions cooperating with the most important interlocutors of the labour market: Confindustria, API (small industries association), AIDP (the Italian HR manager association), Federmanager, Manager Italia; Universities (Bologna, Florence, Pisa).
S&A S.r.l. has got a permanent authorizationfrom the Department for Work and Pensions,to performthe activity of support to professional reallocation, under the 4th section, section 2 of the decree 276/2003. This authorization was granted the 8th of January 2007, register n.646. |
