June 2010 - Modena

“Leadership & Coaching III”
Third phase of the Training path “Leadership & Coaching”: after Top Managers and Middle Managers, this time the training is targeted at 9 employees (Heads of Departments, Quality Managers, Salespeople, Business Developers) of an international firm in Modena, leader in its industrial field. The training regards the development of a Managerial Leadership, Team management and the use of Coaching in the firm as an instrument for HR development.

 

May 2010 - “Hotel Savoia”, Bologna // Florence Learning Center (g.c.) - Firenze

“Placement and competences balance”
The seminar’s aim was to familiarize Executives with two important news items regarding the collective agreement: the Outplacement service and the Competences Balance.


May 2010 - Castello di Nipozzano (FI)

“People. People. People”:
Training activity lasting two and a half days and targeted to 19 Middle Managers of an important firm from Bologna, alternating class workshop with Team Building activities (Team Cooking).

 

February 2010 - Modena

“Assessment Center”
Realization of an Assessment Center with 7 participants in all, employees of the Regulatory Affairs department, with the aim of making a competence and potential evaluation for an internal reorganization, with the objective of arranging the responsibilities and the department activities in a more effective way. The candidates have been subject to some tests: BFQ (Personality Test), individual interview, LGD (Leaderless Group Discussion), in basket tests.

 

December 2010 - Modena

“Corporate Environment Analysis”
In an international firm, leader in its field, an ad hoc corporate environment analysis has been conducted one year after the first one. This second analysis, part of the wider project “Leadership & Coaching”, allowed us examine some important changing variables and define targeted interventions using training and coaching with the aim of promoting the integration between the two firm’s cultures and the HR development. This will be repeated in December 2011.

“Turning dismissal into an opportunity. Managing the decision and redeveloping the professional future”
The seminar’s aim was to make mangers more aware of the importance of active management of possible crisis situations or of the end of the working relationship with the firm. Conscious knowledge and management of the various working relationship crises, including the one related to coming to an agreement –always desirable-, is fundamental to transforming a threat or the actual loss of work into an opportunity.

 

November 2009 - Castel Bolognese

“Training for the role of branch holder. Competences and personal abilities development”
Five days training for 5 Area Managers of an important local Bank with the aim of training them to improve their Leadership abilities and Team management.

 

September 2009 Castello di Nipozzano (FI)

“Team Cooking & Wine Tasting”:
Realization of a workshop between firms: 10 companies faced each other on the themes of the Team and its Management and Team Coaching, in an exclusive locale using wine as a work instrument at an estate of the Marquis di Frescobaldi.

 

May - July 2009 Bologna

“Assessment Center”
Realization of an Assessment Center to select a person, out of three candidates belonging to the same firm, to play the role of “Commercial Director”. The candidates were subject to some tests: BFQ (Personality Test), individual interview, LGD (Leaderless Group Discussion), in basket tests.

 

June 2009 Cesena

“Training for the role of branch holder. Competences and personal abilities development”
Five days training for 14 Branch Managers of an important local Bank with the aim of training them to improve their Leadership abilities.

 

 June 2009 Firenze

“Dialogue about ‘the Team’:. An exclusive meeting to share and reflect on Team organizational dynamics”
Seminar aimed at entrepreneurs. The goal of the meeting was to deepen the Team organizational problems and dynamics out of the firm’s context, in a prestigious and exclusive place.

 

May 2009 Lucca

“Mentoring”
Training for 9 Branch Directors of an important local Bank aiming to become Mentors of as many Branch Managers. Creation of a “good mentor Vade Mecum”. After this training there will be two Team-Coaching sessions and 4 meetings of Individual Coaching.

“Assessment Center”
Realization of an Assessment Center to select two people, out of 26 candidates all belonging to the same firm, to play the role of “Territory Checker”. Candidates have all been subject to some tests: BFQ (Personality Test), individual interview, LGD (Leaderless Group Discussion)

“The management of firm-employee separation by mutual consent”
Realization of two workshops inside the firm during which HR Managers of firms from Emilia and Toscana confronted each other on the theme of the separation between firm and employee, on the process and on the instruments that facilitate a consensus-based conclusion of the collaboration relationship.

 

October 2008 - Parco Nazionale Foreste Casentinesi Badia Prataglia (AR)

“Coaching & Team Management”
Training Activity directed at 11 Middle Managers of an important engineering firm from Bologna using out-door training techniques (Trekking).

 

October 2008 - Roma

“Executive coaching”
Support to the entrepreneur of an important food firm from Rome, with the aim of planning the firm’s development and the intergenerational transfer.

 

 September 2008 - Modena

“Leadership & Coaching” + Corporate Environment Analysis:
Training of 5 Top Managers of an international firm from Modena, leader of its industrial sector, with the aim of developing Managerial Leadership and of using Coaching in the Firm as an instrument of HR development. The training and the coaching will also be extended to Middle Managers. At the beginning of the program a corporate environment analysis was conducted, that will be repeated after a year.

Training a 20 Middle Manager di una importante Banca locale al fine di prepararli a diventare Team Leader (responsabili di Filiale)

Training for 12 Middle Managers of an important industrial agriculture Firm, with the aim of developing the Leadership with a following Executive Coaching activity.
